Arts & Culture Master Plan
Arts & Culture Master Plan
What is an Arts Master Plan?
The Frankfort Arts Master Plan will help us better express the uniqueness and artistic vitality of Frankfort by setting the standard and strategic direction for how we continue to implement and enjoy arts and culture in our community.
Arts and culture helps us celebrate our heritage, communicate our direction, and characterize our sense of place. Thoughtfully implemented cultural programming will define Frankfort and project special qualities and competitive advantages to visitors and those that want to invest. In this way, our Arts Master Plan doubles as an important economic development tool.
What is the purpose of an Arts Master Plan?
The plan will define three main outcomes that will help our elected officials as they make decisions about arts and culture in Frankfort.
REACH: How do we create a robust and inclusive arts and culture ecosystem in Frankfort?
DEPTH: How do we ensure effectiveness?
INVESTMENT: How do we bring new resources to the City of Frankfort and its residents?
This is the first Arts Master Plan for the City, and we need your voice to create it!
